A live connector pulls directly from the HubSpot CRM v3 API — contacts with all properties, companies mapped to Response365 customers. No CSV export. No field-mapping spreadsheet. No consultant.
The connector reads your HubSpot data via the CRM v3 API and paginates through all records, up to your full dataset. No manual exports.
All HubSpot contact records — name, email, phone, company association, lifecycle stage, custom properties — map to Response365 Contacts. Custom fields are preserved.
HubSpot Company records — name, domain, industry, lifecycle stage, address, custom properties — land in Response365 Customers, which is the unified record across CRM, invoicing and orders.
Every HubSpot field gets a proposed destination and a confidence score. You bulk-accept the high-confidence matches and correct the rest — the template is saved for the next refresh.
The HubSpot connector supports two authentication methods. Private App tokens give you a scoped, auditable credential. OAuth uses your HubSpot login directly.
HubSpot is excellent at email marketing, forms and deals. But it doesn't do invoicing, warehouse, booking or production — those require integrations or extra products. Response365 runs all of it from the same customer record.
HubSpot deals require a separate billing tool. In Response365, every closed deal writes its own invoice automatically — same customer record, no copy-paste, no sync error.
HubSpot has no native booking engine. Response365's scheduling system is built into the same customer record — every booking auto-posts to the CRM activity log.
HubSpot reporting lives inside HubSpot. Response365's BI layer answers any business question — from customer lifetime value to inventory margins — in plain language, instantly.
No. The connector pulls directly from HubSpot's CRM v3 API. You never touch an export file — just paste your Private App token or authorize via OAuth and the import wizard fetches your data.
Custom properties are included in the pull. The AI field mapping proposes a destination for each one. Where there's no exact match in Response365's schema, you can map to a custom field or create one during the import.
The current HubSpot connector imports Contacts and Companies. Deal import requires a company name to link the deal to a customer record — HubSpot's API doesn't consistently provide this without additional calls. If you need deal migration, our team can assist via the CSV import path using a HubSpot deal export.
Yes. Every import commit is a transaction with an ID. Rollback is one click for 24 hours after the commit — it reverses every row. Beyond that window, you can re-run the import with corrected field mappings.
No. Start your Response365 trial with HubSpot still running. Import your data, validate it, get your team oriented — then cancel HubSpot when you're confident everything is in place. The 1-month free trial gives you time to run both in parallel.
Open a Response365 trial, connect HubSpot, and our onboarding team will run the import with you — at no extra cost.
